Reviews
1. This is the recommended USB Wi-Fi Adapter according to Mitsubishi.Works very well, just plug it in usb slot, go to network setup menu in tv and login to your network. After initial login, works every-time.
2. I can not give this USB Wi-Fi Adapter 5 stars because not only did it not work straight out of the package, but Mitsubishi couldn't get it to work either. For this, it only gets 4 stars.
Supposedly the TV needs a firmware update, but I couldn't get the firmware update to work. As soon as I changed my SSID on my router, it started working (this was after a day of messing with everything to get it to work, and was pure luck that I figured it out).
I had spaces in my SSID name, as soon as the spaces in the name were removed, I was able to connect to the TV. After 30 minutes of the TV being off, it downloaded the new firmware like it is suppose to from the Internet (I never got the file on the USB flash drive to download, and was obviously not required to get Internet, since all I had to do was take the spaces out of my SSID name).
It now works flawlessly, but not without trouble in the beginning. This is used on a WD-73738 TV Mitsubishi WD-73738 73-Inch 1080p 3D DLP HDTV
